For this DIY you need:
a T-shirt (I choose a crop top by H&M), Lace, scissors, thread and preferably a sewing machine.
You can also sew by hand, but this takes much more time.
All you have to do is to stitching the lace on the sleeves and the bottom of the shirt. Easy as pie!
