They are called milkmaid braids and here is how to do them.

Het heet milkmaid braids en hier is hoe je het zelf maakt.
Divide your hair into two parts and braid them into simple straightforward braids.
Verdeel je haar in 2 delen en maak er 2 gewone simpele vlechten in.
Now you are going to need a lot of bobby pins to pin the braids into place.
Flip the first braid over your head and pin it in to place behind your ear.
Nu ga je een heleboel schuifspeldjes nodig hebben om de vlechten vast te zetten.
Sla de ene vlecht over je hoofd en en zet hem vast net achter je oor.
Now flip the other one over too and pin it in place below the first braid.
Use the other pins to secure the braids so they'll stay put all day long.
Sla nu de andere ook over je hoofd en zet hem vast onder de eerste vlecht en gebruik de andere schuifspeldjes om je vlechten vast te zetten zodat ze de hele dag blijven zitten.
You can do all kinds of things with this hairdo, try to add some ribbons! And don't worry if your hair is not very long, as long as you can braid it it will work.
Je kan met deze haardo fanalen doen, probeer eens linten toe te voegen!
En maak je geen zorgen als je niet zulk heel erg lang haar hebt, zolang je 2 vlechtjes kunt maken komt het helemaal goed.
